Swim WOD- Partner

6 Rds for Time Each:

15 Air Squats

10 Burpees

Swim 1 Lap

Partners rest while other is working

Strength: Hang Power Snatch 3-3-3-3-3 Use the heaviest weight you can for each set.

WOD: 3 rounds for time of:

50 Pistols (Alternating Legs)s

7 Muscle Up (Bar)s (or 14 Chest to Bar Pull-ups)

10 Hang Power Cleans, 105/55 lbs
