Strength:

Deadlift : 5 @ 70%, 5 @ 75%, 5 @ 80%, 5 @ 85%, 5 @ 85%

Back Flat.  Hips and shoulders rise at the same time.

Partner WOD: 18 Min AMRAP

Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 mins of:

30 Box Jumps, 24/20 in 24 Push Press, 75/45 lbs 20 Weighted AbMat Sit-ups, 14/10 lbs

Partner WOD, Each Partner does half the reps each round.  Partners will face each other for Ab Mat Sit ups and toss the ball back and forth
