WOD - 12/13/14 Open Gym & Partner WOD



Free Open Gym 9:00 a.m.

Join us this Saturday for a free workout and open gym. Designed for anyone new to CrossFit! Learn what it is all about; this is a great time to ask any questions you have!  All CrossFit members are welcome to come to the open gym to practice skills that you need help with, get an extra workout in, or just hang out with some CrossFit friends. See you on Saturday!

The Member/Guest Holiday Fitness Challenge started last week at the Little Rock Racquet Club, so we will be planning a fun partner workout every Saturday during the challenge.  Please invite your friends to join in! Let the Reindeer Games begin!!

Dasher – Partner WOD (30 min. cap)

  • 100 Mountain Climbers
  • 90 Russian Twists
  • 80 Walking Lunges
  • 70 Sit-ups
  • 60 Squats
  • 500m Run
  • 40 MB Cleans (20/14)
  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 20 Lateral Jumps (over the MB)
  • 10 Burpees

*Only one partner can work at a time and must complete all given reps before moving on.
