Strength:  Deadlift – 70% x6, 80% x4, 90% x3, 95% x2

WOD:  Partner WOD

4 Rounds

  • 3 Bench Press (BW/ ¾ BW)
  • 50m Partner Drag

*Score:  weight used on bench press & deadlift max (not for time).  Both partners complete all reps/distances for all 4 rounds.

Post Workout:  3 Rounds

  • 60 sec. weighted plank
  • Foam roll

Challenge of the Week:  Max push-ups in 1 minute (chest and thighs must touch the ground and fully extend at the top.)
