- 10 Bench Press (135/85)
- 15 cal. Row/Airdyne
*Both partners complete all reps for all four rounds. One partner completes 10 reps bench press while the other completes 15 calories and then they switch.
Post Workout: 5-10 Sun Salutations
Challenge of the Week: Max pull-up hold (chin must stay above the bar).
