Strength:  Deadlift – 60% x6, 70% x4, 80% x3, 85% x2

WOD:  Partner WOD!

10 min. AMRAP

  • 10 Dips
  • 10 Lateral Jump Burpees
  • 10 Alt. Pistols

*Only one partner works at a time.  Reps may be split any way as needed.  

Post Workout:  Mobility/Stretch

Challenge of the Week:  Max plank hold (must stay in the same position the whole time, with GOOD form).
