Skill:  Clean + Jerk

Strength:  Clean + Jerk – 60% 4 x 2

WOD:  Partner WOD For Time (15 min. cap)

  • 100 DUs
  • 100 Sit-ups
  • 200 Push-ups
  • 300 Air Squats
  • 100 DUs

*Split the reps as needed between partners.  Movements must be done in order and only one partner may work at a time.

Post Workout:  Foam Roll

Challenge of the Week:  Max strict pull-ups in 3 min.
