Skill:  Clean + Split Jerk

Strength:  Clean + Split Jerk – Skill work day! (PVC/Barbell only) 3 x 6-8 (with perfect form!)

WOD:  Partner WOD for Time

  • 800m Row/Run
  • 30 Pull-ups
  • 60 Walking Lunges
  • 1600m Run

*Movements must be done in order and reps can be split as needed.  One partner works while the other rests. 

Post Workout:  2 Rounds

  • 4 Sun Salutations
  • 60 sec. Plank

Challenge of the Week:  Fastest 15 calorie row.

Battle of the Clubs: Partner Bash is this Saturday, Oct. 25th at the Little Rock Racquet Club!!

The two man and two woman teams will compete in 3 WODs for the fittest title of Little Rock. If you are interested in volunteering as a judge or scorekeeper, please contact us!
