Skill:  Deadlift

Strength:  Deadlift – 100%+ Find your 1RM

WOD:  Partner WOD

3 Rounds

  • 50m Partner Drag
  • 15 Hollow Rocks

*Each partner does 50m partner drag, then both do 15 hollow rocks for 3 rounds.

*Not for time!  Score=1RM Deadlift

Post Workout:  Mobility/Stretch

Challenge of the Week:  Max strict pull-ups in 3 min.
