Skill: Snatch

Strength: 6 Rounds

  • 2 Snatch Deadlift
  • Hang Snatch
  • 2 OH Squats

* Try to increase weight each time

WOD: Partner WOD- 6 RDS

Relay Race! Each partner has to run six 100 M sprints. While one is sprinting the other is doing double Unders until they return and switch. 

P1: Sprint 100 M

P2: Double Unders

Post Workout: Whatever place you finish in the relay race is how many burpees you do.

  • 1st: 10 Burpees
  • 2nd: 15 Burpees
  • 3rd: 20 Burpees
  • 4th: 25 Burpees
