Strength:  

  • Snatch Balance- 65% 2 x 4
  • 3 Position Snatch -  Hang Shrug + Hang High Pull + Snatch, 65% x 2 sets, 75% x 2 set

WOD: 

1 Rounds

  • 5 Front Squats (200 lb)
  • 15 Burpees

(Rest 1 Minute)

2 Rounds

  • 5 Front Squats (175 lb)
  • 15 Burpees

(Rest 1 Minute)

3 Rounds

  • 5 Front Squats (150 lb)
  • 15 Burpees

(Rest 1 Minute)
