Wednesday

Skill: NONE

Strength: Coach led stretching 10 minutes

WOD: 6 RDS - Not for time!

  • 10 Back Squats  (Get heavy)
  • 50 M Partner Drag (Make this difficult)

Then:

  • Max Ring Push-ups
  • 10 Partner Medball Chest Pass (20 lb)

(Rest About 1 min. after each round)

* Post Back Squat weight and the round you did the least Push-ups
